Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, with 8 oz. of water take
one (1) capsule early morning, and, IF NEEDED, one (1) capsule in the early
afternoon. Do not exceed more than two (2) capsules per day. This product
should be used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program to
achieve the best results.
